The setup at Kingscourt has been carefully planned to ensure efficiency and usability for all types of customers, including landscapers, groundworkers, utility contractors, and local tradespeople. 

The yard’s operations have been expanded with the fibo Collect machine, which offers a simple and fast drive-thru experience, meaning individuals and small businesses can collect readymix concrete in Blackpool with minimal hassle. Located in a dedicated lay-by on the exit road, the readymix concrete, mortar, and screed machine ensures smooth traffic flow without disrupting the main yard operations.

Here’s how it works:

1. Drive up to the kiosk via the designated lay-by. 

2. Position your vehicle or tub under the conveyor belt. 

3. Select your desired recipe from the touch screen display. 

4. Adjust the hydraulic conveyor belt to your preferred height. 

5. Pay by card to begin the mixing process. 

   
   

The process is completed in under 5 minutes, saving customers valuable time and keeping everything convenient and user-friendly. 

What’s Available from fibo Collect? 

For customers, the fibo Collect readymix concrete, mortar, and screed machine provides a variety of materials tailored to their needs, whether working on small projects or larger jobs. 

• Concrete options include C8/10 GEN1, C12/15 GEN2, C32/40, as well as 10mm Concrete and 10mm No-Fines, available in volumes from 0.25m³ to 16m³. 

• Screed mixes offered are 4:1 screed and 6:1 screed, both with an 8-hour retarder. 

• Mortar mixes come in 4:1 Class 2, 5:1 Class 2, and 6:1 Class 3, with options for one, two, or three-day retarders. 

• Customers can also purchase mortar tubs for added convenience.
