Pay by card or RFID tag and follow the onscreen instructions to start mixing

What makes us unique
Extended hopper sides
Increases sand and aggregate capacity by 60%, taking each hopper from 2.5m³ to 3.9m³. Greater capacity means fewer loading operations throughout the day.
Hydraulic conveyor belt
Automated and controlled by the customer from the touch screen terminal. The belt lowers for filling, with a proximity sensor stopping it above the tub to cut splashback. Resets automatically.
Automatic cleaning system
Nine jet wash nozzles clean the inside of the mixer at timed intervals or by recipe. No contamination when switching from concrete or screed to mortar.
Built-in moisture probes
Continuously measure moisture levels in sand and aggregates, automatically adjusting water input for precise, consistent mixes.
Water recycling
Washout water flows into a three-chamber tank where filter bags remove larger particles before finer residues are separated. Clean water is stored for reuse in new batches and future cleaning cycles.
Automated hopper covers
Protect against unexpected rain, reducing the risk of saturated sand carrying excess water into the batch.
