The fibo Collect ‘Refer a Site’ process allows eligible individuals or businesses to refer a business to fibo Collect UK with a potential site suitable for a fibo Collect machine.

If a valid referral results in the successful installation of a fibo Collect machine, the Referrer will receive £1,000 worth of fibo Collect materials (concrete, mortar, or screed mixes), subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Campaign is open to UK-based sole traders and businesses.

• Employees of fibo Collect UK, its subsidiaries, or affiliated companies are not eligible.

• Referrers must be aged 18 or over.

• Self-referrals are not permitted.

2. Valid Referral 

• The referred business must be new to fibo Collect and not already be In active discussions with fibo Collect, or under contract at the time of referral submission.

• The referral must lead to an initial meeting between fibo Collect and the referred business.

• The referred business must be suitable for a fibo Collect machine, as determined solely by fibo Collect.

• If fibo Collect is already in contact with the Referred Business, the Referrer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Reward Details

• The reward consists of £1,000 worth of concrete, mortar, or screed supplied by fibo Collect.

• There is no cash alternative and the reward is non-transferable.

• The reward is issued only once the fibo Collect machine is installed and operational at the referred site.

4. How the Reward Is Issued

• The reward will be provided via an RFID tag assigned to the Referrer.

• The RFID tag will be credited with a £1,000 spending limit.

• The RFID tag can only be used to purchase materials from the specific fibo Collect machine installed as a result of the referral.

• Materials cannot be redeemed from any other fibo Collect location or machine.

• The reward credit may be subject to an expiry period, which will be confirmed at the time of issue.

• Unused credit after the expiry date (if applicable) will be forfeited.

5. fibo Collect UK rights

fibo Collect UK reserves the right to:

• Decline any referral that does not meet the Campaign criteria

• Verify referral eligibility at any stage

• Amend, suspend, or withdraw the Campaign at any time without prior notice

• Make the final decision on all referral and reward eligibility matters

6. General

• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
